From 1993-1995 McKeever & Niekamp operated as a full service residential and small commercial contractor. In 1995 we decided to concentrate all our energy on serving our commercial customers. Today we specialize in all aspects of commercial contracting.

McKeever & Niekamp holds electrical licenses throughout Ohio. We have over the past 10 years completed many jobs through out the tri-state area. While still accepting some jobs in Indiana and Kentucky, we currently work up and down the I-75 corridor and the Columbus area.

Today McKeever & Niekamp is based in Beavercreek, Ohio with a satellite office in Columbus, Ohio. We currently employ several teams of electricians in both Columbus and Dayton. With approx. 35 employees on staff we are able to handle almost any size project. We have, in the past year, completed projects ranging from 200 sq. ft retail spaces to 300,000 sq. ft office spaces, including ground-up restaurants and complete building remodels.

McKeever & Niekamp has built a reputation of doing a quality job on a wide range of projects. Over the past 10 years, we have completed hundreds of retail stores in the tri-state area. While we are still working on several retail projects at any given time, McKeever & Niekamp has structured ourselves to also specialize in fast track, design build projects.

With a energetic, reliable, well-trained workforce, McKeever & Niekamp will do whatever possible to assure each project is completed on time and at a competitive price. We have learned over the years that sometimes price is not the only determining factor in a quality job.
